What I saw.

Riding my bike to KenTran/KevinKwong/Brandon's place for dinner, I passed Ken who was running. I am lending my awesome lovebaby bike to him.

He was practicing his riding on the side street when I saw this comfy looking chair with stuff on it. I went to take a picture, after a failbot picture of a cute chipmunk was ruined by my shakey hands, which led to a fun little meeting.

This is Alice. She is helping her friend Diamond with her estate sale. Diamond Lil has been a performing Drag Queen since the 70's. She invited me to her next show. Alice was really nice and showed me all her stuff. I'm going to go back and take pictures for them and buy some cool picture frames and side tables. Yay!

Also, what was really really cool was Alice and I started talking and she was telling me a lot about herself. She told me about the best thing happened to her recently. She was in the research library and she found a tiny rare rare rare book of poetry by one of her old professors. When she was in college at Wellesley her philosophy professor was this man named Ifeni Menkiti. I wrote a paper all about him when I was studying African Ethics in South Africa!
